Portable WiFi Rental Terms & Conditions:
1. Daily rental fee includes the device and data quota.
2. A refundable deposit of IDR 250,000 per device is required.*
3. Deposits will be refunded every Tuesday/Friday after the device is returned.
4. Devices can be picked up no earlier than 3 days before departure (H-3) and must be returned within 2 days after arrival (H+2).
5. Late returns will incur an additional charge equal to the daily rental fee.
6. If you cancel after making a payment, an admin fee of IDR 25,000 will be applied.
7. Replacement fee for lost devices is IDR 1,850,000 per unit.
Note:
The deposit is not the same as the replacement fee for lost devices or other equipment. The device loss fee is stated in point 7, while replacement fees for other items can be confirmed with our customer service team.
