Portable WiFi Rental Terms & Conditions:
1. The daily rental fee already includes the modem device and data quota.
2. A deposit of IDR 250,000 per modem is required.*
3. he deposit will be refunded every Tuesday or Friday after the modem is returned.
4. Modems can be picked up up to 3 days before departure (H-3) and must be returned within 2 days after arrival (H+2).
5. Late returns will incur a penalty equal to the daily rental fee.
6. If you cancel after making the payment, an admin fee of IDR 25,000 will be charged.
7. The replacement fee for a lost modem is IDR 1,850,000 per unit.
Note:
The deposit is not the same as the replacement fee for lost modems or other equipment. The modem loss fee is listed in point 7, while replacement fees for other items can be confirmed with our customer service team.
